When I moved out of my parents
house after high school I went from
170lbs to 220 in one year. So, this is
where I'm tracking my progress, my
inspiration, and keeping myself motivated.

Not only is prepping and cooking your own food super rewarding, but you can make delicious foods without all of the processed junk and excess fats/cholesterol/etc. 


I lost my first 70lbs by following weight watchers.
During that time I would eat cake pops from Starbucks (I was living in America) have pumpkin spice lattes on the daily almost & still enjoyed ALL FOOD IN MODERATION!

It wasn’t until I started keto that I restricted carbs.

So it’s possible to lose weight & still eat the food you like.

Life isn’t about restricting, it’s about moderating & adapting.
