I lost my first 70lbs by following weight watchers.
During that time I would eat cake pops from Starbucks (I was living in America) have pumpkin spice lattes on the daily almost & still enjoyed ALL FOOD IN MODERATION!
It wasn’t until I started keto that I restricted carbs.
So it’s possible to lose weight & still eat the food you like.
Life isn’t about restricting, it’s about moderating & adapting.
